*step 3 next you getting new window.
*step 4 next create new account using your mobile number (or) Email id.
*step 5 After successfull created account.
*next go to login page . enter you mobile number & password.
*next you getting new window. you account dashboard.
*next click 4 option Replacement of voter ID.
* next enter vaild answer for required fileds.
